The phone representative was very nice. They had same day service. The technician was prompt and extremely sensitive to the antique front door. Not so good on the patio deadbolt; he got the screw holes crooked. When confronted he said it was because the hole wasn't drilled correctly, but I'm not sure that he couldn't have made it work level. He didn't quote a price on the patio deadbolt before he replaced it; thought it was just going to be a $20 re-key. He couldn't deal with Pella doors or the steel basement door, which was disappointing. Except for the crooked screw thing, he did a neat clean job without being too talkative, which was nice.

THE GUY WHO CAME AND CHANGED THE LOCKS WAS ON TIME. THE COMPANY WAS VERY POLITE OVER THE PHONE.
