It went great. The food was on time, as we planned, and terrific. Suzanne , the chef/owner, is knowledgeable, friendly and very talented. I'd certainly recommend them again.

It could not have gone any better.    I had called 3 caterers.  One did not respond for several days, the other never responded at all.  Owner Susan Canastra, on the other hand, responded immediately, as she did for all my calls.  She was so helpful and supportive. Her follow up was great.  Because I was having an open house rather than a set time for a sit down meal, she recommended that I barbecue, Chef Jose arrived with a wonderful grill for the Tri-Tip and Salmon and vegetables.   The food was delicious.  Special thanks to the support staff of Dana, Amy and Miichael, who took such good care of me that I didn't have to worry about anything - I could  just enjoy my party.    I cannot recommend Burbank Caterers more highly.  Great job!

I had never hired a caterer so was very grateful for Susan's help in arranging the party. We had communicated by phone and email outlining what I was looking for with respect to food, service and decor. She referred me to her website for menu ideas and then offered several additional suggestions for food that would work well with the outdoor setting. She arrived on time for an appointment to meet at my home to review the menu, took inventory of what items she would have to supply and how her team could setup the area for the most efficient work and guest spaces. She arranged to have necessary tables, chairs and other supplies delivered the day before so they could jump start the setup process. The day of the party she arrived with a staff sufficiently large to complete setup prior to guest arrival. The food prep and serving staff were outstanding as was the food. After the party Susan and her staff packed up all remaining food for my refrigerator, left my yard and kitchen as clean as when they arrived. Even after telling Susan to ignore the kitchen floor, I would clean later, I found her on her hands And knees cleaning the floor. All of the guests raved about the excellent servers and the delicious food choices. It was the best party I ever hosted because Susan and her staff took care of everything so I could actually enjoy my guests instead of fretting about some details.
