Working with Brad was wonderful! Having bought and sold a home in MN, navigating the LA market involved a huge learning curve, but Brad's help and advice made the whole experience much easier. He was always available to take our calls and was incredibly patient with our never-ending questions. I feel like we changed our minds and shifted gears a hundred times, but he was always flexible and remained a great sounding board for any concerns we had. I know we weren't his only clients, but he certainly made us feel like his most important clients. I get the impression he makes all of his clients feel that way.

Terrific. can't say enough great things about Brad (and his partner Ron). We spent the better part of 2016 together as he helped us navigate first buying a house followed by selling our condo. He is patient, smart, knows his stuff, and did I mention patient? For most of us, the purchase of real estate is terrifying, and Brad is absolutely the best person to help you alleviate the fear as you buy or sell (or both!).
