Bill and his team were very professional and easy to work with. Bill is extremely knowledgeable with Burbank and the surrounding areas. He was very professional through the entire process from listing my home to closing escrow. He focused on ensuring he was representing me and not focused on a quick sale.
Bill has my vote for the best real estate agent in Burbank.  I appreciated the fact that Bill was very straightforward with me and did not just tell me what I wanted to hear.
Prior to the first Open House we already had an offer and Bill worked to have back-up offers in place. During the sale the entire process went very smooth.  Despite some issues stemming from the buyers agent, Bill and his team were there to manage through those issues and we closed escrow on time.   I would use Bill again when either listing or looking for a new home.

Traci Brewyer was our real estate agent and she was absolutely phenomenal in every way.  She really worked with us and paid attention to what we wanted.  Tirelessly went out and tried to find houses for all the time period we were looking, she never stopped looking.  She eventually found us a perfect house.  Her punctuality was great and she was very responsive.  She was always quick to get back to us when we called her.  She was very professional and always kind.
