The worker was on time. There was a problem since it was a two man job, apparently. I didn't know that or I would have requested to men. But the worker who came, I forgot his name, used the time in preparing the area to be fixed. He showed me how the leak had been long-lasting and had some damage to the tub, tile, faucet, and grout. He also showed me why the previous plumber's work didn't last - he used an incorrect fitting. The two men did the work, cleaned up everything very nicely. It did cost a lot more than I had originally thought, but I feel they did a good job and if not, I know they'll stand by their work because I've never been disappointed by anyone I've used from THE List!!
