 + -1 moreResponse was very slow for second call in the week - called on Wednesday afternoon and no response by Friday closing. Unit went down that weekend causing our network to crash. Then response after that for an invoice and report took three months. Service manager never called to try to remedy the issue.
Description of Work: Provided maintenance for our law firm's auxiliary AC units in our Los Angeles office.
