BE AWARE American Flooring Experts/Jora Sinaei are scam artists. Jora is one of the 2 installers for LL who operate in the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley. I needed flooring installed by professionals. Instead what I got was a bunch of non english speaking unskilled cheap hires who, arrived late, cut corners, damaged my painted base board, and destroyed my housemates chair, left oil stains in my driveway, left gobs of glue on my doorway, and placed several repeat plank patterns right next to each other. My poor house was used as a training ground by these folks who received no supervision from Jora. Jora said all the right things at the beginning and originally comes off a likeable guy....so he's dangerous. His exact words when I called him and his team out was "Its not my job to supervise them". He tried to pressure me into signing a satisfaction completion paperwork. Protect yourself keep you and your family away from Jora Sinaei and his group of unskilled laborers.

"I appreciate reviews and honest feedback, but I’d like to clarify a few points in this one. The customer reported scuffed moldings, which I offered to fix at no charge. He mentioned a damaged chair but later confirmed it was fine. He mentioned oil leaks, but when I asked to see them, he stated they had already been cleaned. Our goal is to complete every job to code and ensure customer satisfaction. The only issue we couldn’t resolve for free was the customer’s dislike of the laminate patterns, which were as selected. These patterns can be similar, as that is how they are manufactured, and any changes would incur additional costs. I took the request to the company and my manager, and they stated the same – changes would incur additional costs. Having completed over 100 jobs with this crew, I know their work and stand by their quality. There was no scamming or ignored damages—just some minor scuffs and a preference for laminate patterns. Everyone has a right to share their opinions, I just ask for honesty in reviews."
