THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT, AND THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATERIAL, AND FINISHES THAT THE SHUTTERS COULD BE MADE FROM, AND FINISHED WITH. THE INSTALLATION WENT VERY SMOOTH, AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES SO YOU DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEY WERE EVER THERE.
