There was no denying the leaks or the photo evidence - I needed a new roof. After talking with several roofing companies and obtaining estimates, I selected Alluring Homes to install my new roof. Cesar and Sergio were very easy to work with. The job began right after the new year and was completed exactly on time (2 full days of work) and my roof looked beautiful. But the true test comes with the weather -- and within the first 60 days, we had two atmospheric weather events with torrential downpours. My new roof felt like I had a comfy, cozy blanket over my head and best of all, no more leaks. I highly recommend Alluring.

Getting a new roof can be a very daunting experience. There are lots of options, but little guidance. Many other roofers want to charge you just for the initial consultation. We were at a loss before we found Alluring Homes. Right from the start, they offer a free inspection and consultation. Cesar was very understanding and answered all of our questions both big and small. He was kind and courteous throughout the visit. He got right to the point and took his ladder out to inspect our roof. Within a couple of days we had our quote which was fair and within industry standards. Once we signed, there was a crew working on our roof in a week. The crew was fast, polite, and very clean. In a few short days the roof was done. It was perfect! The tiles matched and the craftsmanship was obvious. My wife actually went on the roof to confirm this. Thanks to Cesar and his team, we wonâ t need to do anything to our roof for a long, long time. I am so thankful for their hard work from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing minor work to a complete new roof.

The new Cool Roof they installed on my home is fantastic. This was one of the hottest summers in Los Angeles and I only turned on my air con once. They are professional and have good customer service. They started my roof on a Friday and finished Saturday, in order to complete it before a big rain storm Sunday. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them.

They repaired the roof leak in the skylight. Replaced flat areas of roof, and sealed and waterproofed the vents. Neat and professional workmanship. I would highly recommend! Very happy with their work!

There arent enough words to describe the great work that Sergio, Sam and the Alluring Team do. We purchased a home that need some work and had to scramble to get it done right for our home insurance to remain active. We spoke to a few contractors and Sergio really won us over. He took the time to understand our questions and answered them so that we could make the best decision. The team went straight to work and did a great job. They are punctual, extremely responsive and have a high quality standard. We look forward to working with Sergio and his team on our future home projects.

These guys are the real deal. Cesar was my contact person and was always quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Got to meet the owner who helped solve my concerns. I would highly recommend them for roofing repairs.

Sam and his brother run an incredible business - very customer service oriented. We ordered a Tesla Solarglass roof and Tesla contracted with them to tear out the old roof and work with them on installing the new one. Sam was always at our site and communicating with status, questions, and options. His crew was very professional as well - everything was cleaned up every day when they left. Right after they removed the roof and installed the underlayment, it started to rain... for days. They were unable to continue installing the roof but Sam stayed in communication to ensure things were safe and watertight. Whatever they did up there to prepare for the new roof, it kept all of the water out. Quite a relief. And of course after that COVID-19 distancing kicked in. But luckily a roof is considered essential, so when the rains stopped they came back to finish the job in a safe manner. Finally, when the roof was done they installed new gutters with leaf guards. They had a machine to make the gutters on site, meaning that there were no seams - they fit perfectly in one piece. The color was a bit off at first, even though it was the one we agreed to, and Sam changed them out to make it right - he did it without me having to ask. Again, incredible! I highly recommend Alluring Homes for your roofing project. They are the best!

Very professional and helpful. Cesar explained the whole process and quickly answered questions along the way. Workers were courteous and cleaned up every day. Replaced the underlay on my tile roof. It looks great. No rain to test for leaks but I'm sure it is going to be just fine.

The main people Sergio and Sam were extremely accessible. Plus I valued the fact that they didn't pressure me when they gave me a quote. they didn't say "you have to decide today" which other companies did. They worked with me on payment, and I felt comfortable with them.
