They were punctual, professional and personable. They got here one time, did the work well, cleaned up after themselves and finished early. The price rating is B because I had 2 lower quotes but chose this company because of their experience and trustworthiness.

He clearly stated the prices of the work before proceeding.
He checked the attic connections where the PVC pipe had not been properly installed a year ago. He installed a new connection at the top and at the bottom sawed off the lower end of the pipe so the water would not back up into the foundation and cause more damp in the closet.
He ran the furnace to check it and discussed one of the connections to the furnace. He also mentioned that some of the ducts in the attic were leaking when he was working up there.
We appreciated his carefulness and explanation of various points.

Oscar did a great job and the unit worked just as promised. They got the job done in a timely matter and came back later when the construction was done and finished putting in thermostats and grills. They were very accommodating and bent over backwards to get everything done. I would recommend them to family and friends.
