Air Duct Cleaning of Pasadena

I called this company on the recommendation of a neighbor after another company had done an incomplete and very poor job of cleaning our dryer vent, so bad, in fact that it blew the thermal fuse on my dryer. Adrian came out and assessed the situation perfectly - the dryer vent was still half full of lint and the previous technician from the other company had left a brush stuck in the vent which had gathered more lint!! Adrian did what he could on the first visit, determined that we needed a new dryer "slinky" (flexible tube) which he had to order, and went ahead and made the next appointment for two days later. He returned with Richard on the date scheduled, and they both did an excellent job in moving the dryer, installing the new "slinky" and making sure that the vent was completely clean all the way through to the end of the vent outside. Both Adrian and Richard were courteous, respectful of our home, cleaned up after themselves and explained very clearly what they were doing all along the way. I would definitely call them again and plan to do so when we are ready to get our air ducts cleaned.
