Overall I would use A and Z again in the future for other projects that are in their scope of business. They were professional, clean and exceeded our expectations on the job.

This it! I finally got someone who knows the right way to repair and waterproof stairs and outdoor second floor located patio/deck. We have spent thousands of dollars to pay different and quot;professionalsand quot; to fix our leaking second floor located patio (or deck) with no results and very questionable ( and arguable warranty) policies. Finally our friend Sahak Selian ( General Engineering Contractor ) recommended the services of Mr. Radev (A and Z Decks and Stairs, Inc.) and thanks God, he came out to be the right guy to get the job done once and for all. Very clear language, outstanding professionalism, timely work schedule and the most important - fair price. Instead of patching and crack filling we got complete strip-out of the surfaces, redefined the sloping and finally perfect and complete waterproofing. The test was real - two weeks ago we had very heavy rain and ... NO MORE LEAKS !!!
