The guy on the phone was a little curt but the serviceman showed up exactly on time and was fast and efficient and quite pleasant and polite. He replaced the tongue of the lock.

Came out same day. $40 service charge to come. $10 for cylinder change and $3 for duplicate keys. Friendly and nice and fast and efficient. Was so pleased called again for another job and had same quality of work. Will look no further for locksmiths in Los Angeles.

WHEN THEY WERE WORKING, THEY LOOKED CONCENTRATED. THERE WERE TWO GUYS THAT CAME IN, THEY WERE VERY POLITE, AND WENT STRAIGHT TO THE POINT, AND WORK. IT WAS REALLY HOT SO WE GAVE THEM WATER.

I AM SATISFIED WITH THE KEYS I HAVE GOTTEN FROM THIS LOCKSMITH. I HAVE GOTTEN KEYS FROM OTHER KEYMAKERS WHICH DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. THE KEYS I GOT HERE WERE SMOOTH AND WORKED EASILY.

THIS IS ONE OF SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE USED THIS LOCKSMITH. THE SERVICE CAN BE GRUFF AT TIMES, BUT IS ALWAYS KNOWLEGEABLE AND ACCURATE. THEY COMPLETED MY JOB VERY QUICKLY.
