Angel at 2 Guys was on top of everything throughout the project. He was professional, communicative, and very easy to work with. We needed to tent a three story house, deal with subterranean termites in multiple locations, and we had some exterior wood beams with dry rot. Everything happened on time (Mon-Thurs) and on budget. With the tenting, special consideration had to be given to a bunch of giant bamboo that grows very close to the house. They were able to tent around it and the bamboo was totally unharmed.
Regarding the repairs to the wood beams that had dry rot, the workmanship wasn't as refined as we needed it to be, since its on the front of the house and highly visible. Our contractor will be redoing these repairs. I sent 2 Guys photos and they deducted the cost of those repairs from our invoice without any problems.
I highly recommend for termite treatment. If wood repair is also needed, consider the location/visibility.
