"The person in charge" promised to bring in a team of 3-4 people and complete the job within 2 hours. Time was of essence for me so that was the main reason I hired this company. After we set a time for them to come he insisted on changing it by sending several text messages, until I agreed for them to come earlier. They arrived a bit earlier and instead of carefully listening on what I expected them to do, he asked me to show him the house and started the work with the 2 women which came with him. Shortly, probably after 30 minutes, he left the house without letting me know, while the 2 women, not 4 as agreed upon, carried on with the cleaning. After 2 hours, the work was about half way completed, so after 2 and 1/2 hour I called him and complained that they failed to complete the work as agreed upon. The person in charge rudely informed me that I shouldn't call him and that he will come back soon. When he came back I expressed my disappointment and his response was extremely rude stating that we never cleaned our house and therefore they have to work longer and if I don't like their work I should contact somebody else. Needless to say that we clean our house on a regular basis and his statement was extremely insulting. Not to mention that that the company makes its money by cleaning houses.They worked another hour, after which he asked the helpers to leave and then asked for his money, without giving me any time to even check the whole work...I can still find little portions of unfinished work.

We called him for an estimate on a rental property in disastrous shape.  He was prompt, professional, and honest in stating that he could not adequately "clean" until certain repairs were done.  He also gave us a referral for a person who could do the repairs.  However, the property owner changed their plans, and nothing is being cleaned or repaired at this time. =P

Javier cleans my windows using high-pressure washing.  He and his girls are so thorough and respectful.  They always remove their shoes, so they don't get my carpet dirty, and they clean my screens and all of the window jams - inside and out - using soap and water. They even wipe down my plantation shutters.  I would never think of using anyone else for my window cleaning!  I have recommended Javier to so many of my friends and neighbors, because he is so thorough and respectful. He is very easy to get in touch with, and very flexible with timing and always arrives promptly at the exact time he says he will arrive.  He will also go out of his way to do things I did not even ask him to do...For example, he swept out my garage for me, without my even asking.  He also offers $25 off on the first visit to new customers, and is always more than fair and reasonable in his pricing, and will give free estimates, as well.  I am a very picky customer and I HIGHLY recommend Javier to anyone who needs a very reputable, thorough, reasonably-priced company to clean their home or office windows! :)  It is always a pleasurable experience from start-to-finish!!!
