I can't remove the window to clean the outside and they won't come out to fix it. I paid over $11,000 for these windows and this was part of the warranty that they're currently not honoring. I think I deserve some service after purchasing 19 windows.

THEY DO VERY GOOD QUALITY WORK. I WOULD SAY THAT THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CONSTRUCTION. THEY WERE EXPENSIVE. IT WAS HIGH COMPARED TO THE OTHER PEOPLE.
