Suni's bid was SIGNIFICANTLY below the next lowest bid. Although her company did excellent trim work on my neighbor's, a much smaller job, I was skeptical. I asked for references of other homes in the area where they did complete exterior paint jobs. Admittedly, the huge price difference worried me. Would they cut corners somewhere? After due diligence, I gave the work to this company. Thankfully, I knew I made the right choice after day one when the prep work was completed. Suni and her workers showed extraordinary attention to detail. They covered the exterior surfaces around the house with plastic and filled every little crack and seam in the wood and stucco. On day four, when all of the work was completed, I was absolutely blown away with incredible job they did. My house looked great! While painting the kitchen the crew showed superb care and respect for our home. The exterior finish work was remarkable and the crew did an outstanding job with the clean-up!
