Gilbert was great.  He had some trouble with the sink because of the pressure.  He is professional, punctual, and knowledgable. I will continue to use and would recommend him to others.

Each time they would start a process to clear the line, they stopped and told me they needed more powerful equipment: 1) a camera, 2) the hydro-jet and 3) the warthog machine. Each time the price went up, but after "speaking with his supervisor" the price kept coming down 25%. I caught them in a lie when they said I needed 2 services totaling $1,300 - when I actually only needed 1 service. When I approved the more expensive procedure to clean the line, they stopped working telling me that this process was not going to work and that they would have to replace the line. When I challenged them and told them I was not in a position to do that, and would be calling other plumbers, they quickly told me that they could find other equipment to clear the block, but would have to drive to Orange County to get it. I felt completely taken advantage, they did absolutely no work and were trying to gouge us for more money, like we paid for the first job. We will never call this company again.

THEY MADE A LOT OF NOISE, LEFT MY CARPET WITH RUST STAINS, AND THE GUY WAS DIRTY. THAT SET ME OFF RIGHT AWAY. WHAT WAS WRONG WAS A PLUGGED UP SINK, AND THEY SAID THEY NEEDED A $300 PART, AND THEY HAD TO FIX IT TWICE.
