So, I had water damage from a leak in the wall. A friend recommended these guys so I decided to give them a call. They came by and saw the hole where the leak occurred and where the plumber fixed the pipe. Without even testing for moisture or looking inside of the wall where it was exposed, he started saying how we needed to tear the wall and replace all of the insulation because the house used cellulose insulation that retains water - WRONG! Either he is blind or trying to scam me because he could clearly see from the opening where the water pipe was replaced that it was fiberglass insulaton and not cellulose. Then he went on and on about how we needed to get this fixed right away, etc and then proceeded to quote me $1,500. Well, I got other quotes with more thorough inspection and it was $595. I'm glad I did my homework!! It turns out this company is really a franchise so I can only share my experience with this particular location.
Description of Work: They provide a quote for water damage that was 3x the amount of other companies.
