I hired him to install an electrical panel. After six tries, it still could not pass inspection. I had to hire another electrician to complete the job. He agreed to refund the amount I had to pay the other electrician. Again and again, he told me the check is in the mail. I successfully sued him. If you want your project to be done correctly, I don't recommend hiring this person.
