THEY DID A GREAT JOB. IT DID NOT TAKE VERY LONG. I CALLED AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT MORNING. THEY WERE THERE ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY KIND AND COURTEOUS, AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. THEY USED A SPECIAL TECHNIQUE TO FILL IN THE HOLE SO IT WOULD NOT HAVE TO BE REPLACED AND SO THE CRACK WOULD BE FIXED. THEY HAVE A LIFETIME GUARANTEE AGAINST BREAKAGE ON THE REPAIR SITE.
