Overall, we are happy with the work done by JSS Carpet One and would recommend them.  They are pleasant to work with, they work hard to satisfy the customer, and were flexible in accommodating our schedule and objectives.  They were sometimes late (about an hour) in getting to the job site.  Although the wrong transition pieces and insufficient carpet were ordered, they worked hard to correct the mistakes as soon as possible.  An excellent job was done on installation of the vinyl and wood flooring.  And installation of the carper was good, except for some scratches on the baseboards and a scratch on a wall.
