AS INDICATED IN THE PREVIOUS DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED, MR. DINWIDDIE EXHIBITED A COMPLETE CONCERN FOR OUR SITUATION AND PROBLEM AND TOOK ACTION. WHEN HE FINISHED CORRECTING THAT PROBLEM, I CALLED HIS ATTENTION TO ANOTHER PROBLEM I WAS HAVING WITH OUR MONUMENT IN FRONT OF THE OFFICE. HE TOOK HIS ELECTRICIAN'S EXPERIENCE AND TOOLS AND DIAGNOSED THE SIGN PROBLEM AND SUGGESTED I CALL THE SIGN COMPANY WHO INSTALLED THE SIGN TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. MR. DINWIDDIE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR HIS EXTRA WORK AND AS HE LEFT SAID, 'JUST REFER A JOB TO ME SOMETIME'. SINCE THAT INCIDENT, I HAVE REFERRED TWO OTHER JOBS TO HIM AND WE ARE ALL HAPPY.
