NEVER EVER use this company. James is the worst quality worker and did not do what he said he would do. Three weeks quoted to do job. Three month into it I had to fire him. Now fixing all the mistakes and damage he did. He put holes in adjacent rooms. Ruined doors and existing paint job. No communication. Cheap quality products used. He sanded and painted on top of unsealed grout. Ruined tile job we paid for. Paint drips everywhere. Worst paint job ever seen. Paid him for services and products we did not receive. Still owed a shower door. He is the worst ever. Never use this company. He advertised in a Japanese website but my wife who is Japanese quickly found out he does not speak Japanese. You need to speak Korean or get a translator. Never gives answer straight out. And does not ask what u what to use. Put in a valve for shower. Did not ask us about color of handle. Then just installed tile with cheap grout. Then wanted to cut hole in adjacent room to fix it. Just a nightmare. Then His workers say he did not pay them for labor either.
