DOUGLAS DOOR

When i called Douglas Door my call was answered on the first ring.  The technician, Steve, arrived within an hour of my call and he was finished replacing 2 springs and servicing the garage door opener in less than an hour.  Steve was friendly and he was "clean cut" in his appearance.  I was comfortable letting him into my  home and I highly recommend this company and Steve in particular.  I am widowed and I am not comfortable when it comes to having any kind of repair service done unless the service is recommended by someone I know.  From start to finish this repair service was excellent.

I really appreciated the same day service. They gave me a time of 1-4pm. I asked if she could be a little more specific but she was not very friendly and had a "take it or leave it" attitude. So I had to cancel my 1pm dental appt. Of course, no one came by 4pm. No courtesy call. I called the receptionist and she told me another 20mins. He finally showed up 50 mins later. The repairman was otherwise friendly, efficient and did his job well. I was shocked by the price of $300. You can do much better somewhere else.

Called approximately 11:00 am, installer on site by 3:30 pm, worked for almost 2 hours installing new garage door opener, took great care running wires, adjusting garage door tension springs, adjusted garage door opener, cleaned up. Jason did a great job!

THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY WERE ON TIME GETTING HERE. I WAS ALSO PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID.

THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY. HE KNEW THAT I WAS A WIDOW AND WAS MAKING EVERY EFFORT TO DO A GOOD JOB. I THINK IT WAS A VERY GOOD JOB. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH IT. IT MUST HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT.

THE PRICE IS REASONABLE. MY NEIGHBOR REFERRED THIS COMPANY TO ME.
