ACTION PLUMBING

The guys from Action Plumbing were excellent. Their service and price are excellent. Their master plumber was really the standout in problem solving. They were very punctual. They showed up when they say they would show up.

Everything seemed to be driven by the "coupon". First call to ofice went unreturned. My follow-up two days later couldn't schedule appointment because I was driving and didn't have the coupon code handy. Upon call with the code, I requested to speak with the plumber, who called three days later, but we missed. My next day email got no response, but plumber finally called the morning of service, for us then to discover he could not locate the necessary parts, and if he could get them they'd be $$$ and anything besides the two hours onsite would be additional. I located and purchased the parts while he was enroute (35% less than he quoted) and then each item I pointed out that needed to be addressed was met with a "that could be a problem- if I get into it, something could break and then I'd be responsible". In the end, we got two of the four things fixed- was a nice enough guy, but in the end, am still left with getting someone out who can fix remaining problems.

VERY DEPENDABLE AND EFFICIENT. GAVE ADVICE WHICH WAS HELPFUL. HE SAID THAT DAMAGE TO OUR SEWER LINE COULD RESULT FROM FISCUS TREE ROOTS, AS WELL AS THE FOUNDATION.
