I had a major leak that happened in my bathroom ceiling from an old pipe. After clearing out the ceiling, he was able to find out the problem was caused by mold around an old pipe. He took out all the mold, and placed an anti-mold sealant on the wood where the old pipe is located to avoid the problem. He also replaced the old pipe to something much more new. Really great service and fast given it was an emergency.
