Inspector was very professional and friendly. The report was very detailed. The quote was scarily expensive! (We have dryrot affecting one of the support beams to the house, and a rotted deck that needs to be demolished and rebuilt. In addition, we asked for quotes on voluntary seismic upgrades--shear walls.)
Due to some vacation in their office, and potentially the scale of our potential repairs, the report was delayed significantly compared to the estimated time they gave. However, they remained in contact throughout, updating me on the progress.

MG Construction was very meticulous about the repair. We were really pleased about that. They're here all day long and they did the hard labor. They cleaned after themselves. It was very nice. I'm so glad that I did this.
