Everything went great, I had no problems reaching the office by phone and they were quick to schedule me. Carlos took care of everything just as needed. I would call on them again for plumbing help.

The job ended up being more complicated than anticipated. George's team, especially Dwayne stuck with it for a whole week+, making sure that service was up at the end of each day. When the job was done, it was done right, and at the cost quoted.

Great crew, professional installation. Very clean and thorough. I called because of high recommendations from Angie's List and was not disappointed in the quality and promptness. My only complaint was the price - $780 for a 7/8 hp unit plus installation is high, even, I expect, in SF. In all fairness, it was disclosed before the work and I agreed to pay. But at that point, I'd taken off from work and rescheduled to accommodate. No one seems to quote without an appointment and I did not to have to schedule someone else. Called George Salet and they were able to schedule us quickly. The person who came out was very professional and knowledgeable; he answered all my questions and provided understandable explanations of what was recommended and why. We opted to have the installation done a few days later and the second crew, including Mr. Salet himself arrived on time and took care of all we needed. Mr. Salet spent time explaining what was being done and why to my husband, he showed us how the new heater worked and explained the extra tank system. One part was not available on the day of the service and Mr. Salet came back with it the next day and installed. The process was expensive but I don't think it was higher than others would have been. I have great hot water now and have the heater temperature set much lower than I had to in the past. I am very satisfied with their work and the team.

The wax ring replacement went well. The technician was polite and answered my questions at various stages of the assessment/repair. The tech also noticed and tightened a loose bolt in the tank while finishing the job. Unfortunately, the associated washer had deteriorated, which resulted in the tank beginning to leak the following day (hence the slightly lower 'quality' rating). This required a follow-up visit. They sent two technicians, who arrived by 9:00am and quickly identified/resolved the issue, free of charge. They kept me informed as they went and both technicians were completely professional in every interaction.

Aaron did a great job in diagnosing the problem with our leaking faucet and Scott installed and fitted the new cartridges perfectly. My wife is extremely pleased with the repairs. Thank you George Salut Plumbing! ??

Problem was taken care immediately. Rafael was extremely friendly and helpful. He even made recommendations on new fixture for kitchen sink. I will call him again to install once purchased. Will use George Salet Plumbing for all our plumbing needs

Very professional.

We have open house every year on New Year's Day and we expecting about 75 people to drop by during the day.  We were unable to contact the former plumber or anyone else who could come on such short notice.  Two of the plumbers we contacted recommended them.  The technician showed up at the time promised and worked for several hours.  He had to leave to pick up another piece of equipment.  He returned with another technician and they worked for another hour and were able to clear the drain(s).  He had a party to attend to but didn't leave here until he was satisfied that it was clear.  They also assured me that they would be available the next day if there were any problems.  To sum it up.  Professional service priced accordingly.

We had a clog in our sewer system on a Saturday afternoon that shut our whole plumbing down. Dwayne came within an hour and
spent two hours trying to clear the line. Steve came back first thing on Sunday morning with heavier machinery and got us up and running by 11:00am. Amazing work all around and both Dwayne and Steve were totally professional, clean, and conscientious. They were willing to answer all of our questions and were sensitive to our worries that we were looking at a huge plumbing problem,
potentially. The overall charge was completely reasonable for emergency plumbing services on a weekend and I would recommend them without hesitation.

EVerything was great.  The kithcen facucet handle fell off and the tech rplaced the screw that held it in place in less than 10 minutes.  Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Plumber was very officiant at his work and had all tthe parts needed on his truck to complete the work. He was here for a couple of hours.
