Very knowledgeable regarding new products and many product lines, I didn't realize there were so many beautiful options. Helped me narrow down the choices so I could make a decision and complete the project, I had been procrastinating forever! The measurements were perfect. Allowed me to keep my existing silhouette shades beneath the roman shades which was a little tricky but she made adjustments so they work together beautifully. Was straight forward regarding costs and found many options that worked within my budget. I didn't want to spend too much money in my son's room and we found budget friendly blinds that are great. Installation was quick, quiet and efficient and done right on schedule.
