We purchased a 3,000 sq ft home in Orinda (built in 1952) that needed significant remodeling. David guided us through the processes for: 1) redesigning the flow of the rooms of the home, 2) making the most of our existing space (including adding in extra storage) and 3) adding a formal entry space, family room, master bathroom and exterior arbors. David exceeded our expectations with his professional counsel, personal attention and general comittment to our project.
