Chuck, who worked with us to generate quotes, was blunt - telling us directly if we made choices that were sub-optimal, such as constructing a bay window in one room. He pointed out that the room was not directly visible from the road, so it would not improve curb appeal. Also, the window dimension would require additional cuts, and would easily increase the cost of that window to a few thousand. The owner recently came over to measure the windows, and we hope to have good quality windows installed soon! Will update this review once the service is completed. They charge 10% on measurement, 50% at the end of day 1 of window installation, and the rest on completion of the job.

Update: three men showed up to install all the windows. They were very hardworking, worked pretty much nonstop till the work was done. Window quality is superior. I guess the men doing the job tuned off towards the end, I had to request that they replace the hedge after they completed their work, they also left some trash and windows behind. That said, the owner did call to check how things went. He said he would have the old windows picked up, I am waiting for them to do that. The other issue I had was that they didn't finish the patio door, the aluminum shows in patches, and when I asked for it to be cleaned up, they asked me to get the frame painted. I did not realize I would have to hire someone to touch up after them. Not sure if this is the case with all window replacement companies though. Overall, I very much recommend their services, I think their commitment is far superior to others I interviewed.

Their Website indicate they do Milgard. When I called they said they dont. Misleading and waste of time. Please update your website and don't list every Window brand that you don't even carry.

This company is excellent to deal with. After my initial call they followed up promptly. I was given a good quote along with information for the windows and the time it would take to have them made and installed. I also had a patio door included. The turnaround time was quick and the install took two days. The owner confirms all measurements and checks on the job as it is in progress. So far the windows are doing great and I don't anticipate any problems.

Things started a bit oddly, but the end result couldn't be better.

Asked me what brand and type of windows and quot;the other guyand quot; had specified... His bid was delivered on a business card as opposed to being printed or computer-generated. If you have a similar experience, do not be put off! This is old-world no-nonsense attitude, with *no* adverse consequence!
I quickly came to realize that this lack of and quot;American polishand quot; is probably just a way of keeping overhead low in a business focused on the work product and not on customer hand-holding. AAAWindows4Less' bid was sufficiently lower than two other bidders that I felt obliged to spend time to verify that the type of windows installed was identical among the bids. I also verified the manner of replacing the old sliding glass door -- whether the new door would be and quot;patched on toand quot; the old frame, or whether the old frame would be completely removed and replaced by the new one.
I need not have worried. and quot;Borisand quot; appeared on the appointed day with a truck full of windows. Re-measured everything carefully before removing the old windows and hauling in the new ones. Another reason for the attractive bid was likely the size of the crew (just one person). Yet Boris was clearly highly capable, both in hauling up heavy windows to the second floor (I helped, but he could/would have done it alone if I hadn't been there) as well as in the intricacies of proper installation. Being an engineer and frequent amateur fixer and patcher, I couldn't but admire his quick, assured, motions and actions..
When the job was done, after 1 full day and about 4 hours on the second day, Boris left behind everything in excellent order and cleaned up, no damage anywhere. Even the interior trim, where it had had to be removed, was put back skillfully and caulked in a way that repainting (which was specifically excluded) was unnecessary.
When I called and quot;Vladand quot; about what looked to me like missing caulking, he took the time to stop by and explain why this had been deliberate and not an omission. I accepted his explanation and am pleased with the final result.
About the only minor surprise was that the job took longer than the 1 day promised. However, the quality received of both work and windows made this minor inconvenience very much worth it.
AAAWindows4Less would be the very first contractor I would call for another when I may need window work again.

The workers were on.Time, And Went right To work Removing old windows patiently with minimal mess placing all the existing glass and frames in there Trash Bin.
They Never stopped For lunch at all.
9am-3pm for 6 window replacements.

We wanted our old like-it aluminum windows and 8ft. slider replaced in October, and I talked to Chuck over the phone for a ball park estimate and he got back to me very quickly with one. Their estimate was competitive and the Simonton Low-e3 product looked very nice and well made. I got another estimate from another company that was much higher and took quite a bit longer to order which I did not like. Chuck answered all of my questions and the windows have a lifetime guarantee. Vlad, the came on time to take a final measurement and the windows were up and finished within 2 to 3 wks. Simonton is a local (Vacaville,Ca) company and the production time was much faster. His crew showed up right on time and were professional and fast. They answered all my questions and I did have a few. They cleaned up nicely after themselves also. There is a big difference in sound reduction from the outside which I really like. We'll see how much savings I get this winter, but it has to be better than my 40 year old single pane windows. I had 8 windows and an 8ft slider installed and they all look great. The slider is so much easier than our old one, and the security is so much better on the door. The whole job was done in about 7 to 8 hrs. I would recommend AAA windows 4 L ess to anyone looking for a fast quality job.

It turned out very well and they did a nice, neat, and clean job. They completed the work in one day. They are the lowest bid around. When I had a couple issues with things, they have bent over backwards. For example, five years after the installation, the handle on the sliding glass door screen came apart. They went straight to the manufacturer, got a replacement part, and installed it at no cost. Their customer service is really good. They are a small company who is very responsive to their customers. I have recommended their services to our home owners association and many of our neighbors have had their windows replaced as well.

My wife and I live on a busy street in San Francisco, and our condo is in an old building (built in 1910's). The existing wood windows were extremely drafty, and there was always a significant accumulation of soot/dirt on the interior of the window frames, the window sills, and our blinds themselves. Understanding our need to eliminate this problem (or forever deal with a dusty/dirty living space), I began to research various options online.
AAA Windows 4 Less was one of the 3 vendors I contacted for an estimate after reviewing a number of websites online. I found Galina (the woman who called me) to be very friendly, and I appreciated that I did not get a hard sell approach right from the get-go. The same experience was true for her husband Vladimir who came out and did the initial inspection at our condo and generated the estimate. Both of the other vendors I had do estimates were a bit pushy and salesy on the initial phone call and/or when at our property evaluating the job. I appreciate a vendor who offers a no obligation estimate and then doesn't try to bully or guilt me into working with them because I've troubled them so much by asking them to generate a quote.
As for the work itself, Vladimir and his team were very professional, and they were courteous about cleaning up after themselves (not all contractors are!). My only issue was that they were a little late getting started on the day of the work due to parking issues in our neighborhood, but that was partially my fault as I had given them some inaccurate information. Anyhow, the work was completed very quickly once started, but they really were meticulous about getting everything installed correctly, and they double and triple checked the functionality of all the windows (clean opening/closing and no leaks) before they left. I'm very happy with my new windows, and I also appreciated the help the AAA Windows team provided with filling out the necessary paperwork for my HOA, and for the insights into the tax credits available for installing energy-efficient windows. I highly recommend!

We needed to install several new windows in our house and we selected Simonton brand. I called several contractors and AAA Windows' price was the most reasonable, as well as good availability and customer service. Vladimir (the owner) visited us promptly on time when scheduled, inspected ALL of the windows in the house and made some usefull suggestions. Then he
sat down and put together an estimate within 10 minutes! This was fantastic! Usually we wait for an estimate for days and sometimes have to follow up with the contractor ourselves. We even received the letter from his office acknowledging the order and describing the timelines of the project.This has really impressed me. We ended up with installing one sliding French door and 5 windows instead of originally planned 3. All of them look beautifull. I wanted special frosted/obscured glass window in the bathroom and Vladimir personally brought samples to my home so that I could choose the one that I liked! This has really helped me to make to right choice because the catalog pictures are not enough for that kind of decision. I did not want blaah
glass and now my bathroom window looks very stylish, everyone compliments on it. The owner also took care of the filling for permits,ensuring that the permit is closed in the system and even personally picked up the payments at convenient for us time and location. The job was done quickly and so far we are very happy with the quality. The French sliding door that we hve purchased is very nice and at surprisingly affordable price. We compared Vladimir's price with severalother estimates and his pricing is definitely very competitive. Vladimir followed up with us several times before AND after the job was done to make sure that we are completely satisfyied. I dealt with at least 6 different contractors since July 2012 and so far I would recommend this particular business to everyone who needs to install windows quickly, professionally, with complete flexibility and at very good price.We also involved this company in installation of brand new window (new construction) and collaboration with our general contractor was seamless. I interviewed over 10 window companies because I wanted to make sure I got the best price and the best workmanship available. AAA Windows came in with the best price, and did a fantastic job with my windows. Vladimir (the owner) is very easy to get ahold of (email and phone), professional and efficient. There’s a reason why AAA Windows has an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau.

Of the three estimates we got they were by far the lowest. The work was professional, left the area cleaner than when they started. Always responded quickly to calls. They have a showroom in Belmont so we could decide based on the actual product. They opened special for us on a Saturday to fit our schedule.

AAA windows had been a great experience from start to finish. Right from marketing, down to final installation of the windows. Never have we felt we have been ignored. They were very prompt in returning calls and answering questions. They promoted LBL windows, which I am quiet happy with so far. The installer arrived on time and completed the project in a timely fashion. He was very clean on the job and left no debris.
