From start to finish, West Coast has been a pleasure to deal with. From their informative, no pressure sales presentation to their friendly install crew, they have made going solar a no stress proposition. I highly recommend this company.

There was a most likely, one-time issue. They corrected this in a very timely manner. I am very satisfied with their work and my panel array. I would use them again and recommend them.

The worked preformed was good, no issues. The problem was communication. Communication between their field people and us was poor, we never knew what was happening or when. If I did not communicate with the office we may have never know what was going on. One appointment, where we had to be home, they no-showed. Very frustrating.

Overal I could not have even imagined a smoother opperation.
P.G. and E. intergrated the system on 2/7/2013 and the system is as or better than expected. Even on marginal sun days the production is reasonably good. On sunny days it is great. I think my electric cost will be about 10 - 15% of my old cost and will pencil out to break even about 2019/2020.
Thank you soooooo much.

One of their folks who came here was very professional, very helpful, and went down and gave all the options. We are early in the process. I just gave the green lights. They had done the measurements, and now they are getting all the paper work set-up, but they work directly with PGand E and the city to get the inspectors out here during the installation. This is a roofing company, so, they stand up to the integrity of the roof. Actually the installation is free. What they did was to look at the electrical consumption for the last year, and the average was $155. What I am going to be doing would be paying $130 for electricity which is locked-in for the next twenty years. So, that is a considerable savings. Once that is over, the bad news is it belongs to the house, and if I ever move, I cannot take it with me. The good news is that it helps improve the home ownership. If I did not have the installation through our current PGand E and Google who are partnered to make this available, then the average installation cost is roughly a $1,000 for a unit. This house that I got based on my consumption, I would be getting 22 panels, so, that is roughly $22,000 and that is just for the installation cost. When I called or e-mailed them, I got a response back promptly, and not only were they on time, but they were a little bit early.
