Town & Country Roofing

Excellent. They had to delay the repairs (required two days) because of impending rain (understandable). However, we had noticed a leak into the house during the rain and they did some emergency fix on the immediate problem. After the rain storm stopped, they were here the next two days to do the agreed-upon repairs. They did not charge anything additional for the emergency repair. Their personnel were professional, courteous, cleaned up everything meticulously and completed the work in good time.

We were very happy with the job. It was done in a timely fashion and met all our expectations. Both Mike, who quoted the job, and Raul, who supervised the job were always available to answer questions and they made sure the job got done in a totally professional way. I had lots of questions as the job proceeded and they took all the time needed to make sure my questions were satisfactorily answered. They were easy to work with as was all the crew.

Prior to signing a contract with Town and Country, we got bids from 2 other roof contractors who, like Town and Country, had good reivews on Angie's List. Town and Country was competitive with the other 2 contractors. In addition, we asked for references so we could go view other roofs done by all three contractors. We spent a couple of weekends driving around and looking at roofs by all three companies. We actually talked with one of the folks who had used Town and Country to reroof their house and they had high praise for the company and the job. Additionally, my neighbor had used Town and Country in the past. He, too, had been happy with their work.

We highly recommend Town and Country roofing to anyone needing a new roof on their house.

It was very fast, it was very well done, it was professional. They had all their own equipment, they didn't lease anything out. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Their price was right in the ball park of what I wanted to spend. They engineered it before they did it to make sure it would sustain the weight. Anything I called about that I wanted changed they came back, they redid it, exactly what I asked. Not too many companies do that. They are professional, their contract was good, and their word is excellent. They are very good people. I would highly recommend them.

T and C provided the quickest and best quote. Their work was thorough. Their people were courteous and considerate and the job was finished on schedule. Was especially impressed by the clean-up and protection of landscaping. Fine work at a fair price.
