They gave a 3-hour window. Clinton was the tech. He called about 30 minutes before the end of that time window to say that he had been delayed at a difficult tuning job. He wanted to make sure that it wouldn't inconvenience us too much for him to arrive a little late. That was fine with us. He did a good job with the piano, and as a bonus, put our infant twins to sleep with the repetitive striking of keys!

WE HAVE USED THE SERVICE THREE TIMES ($120 EACH TIME) AND ARE QUITE SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. WHEN YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, THE SERVICE IDENTIFIES A TWO HOUR WINDOW IN WHICH THE TECHNICIAN WILL ARRIVE. WE HAVE HAD THE SAME TECHNICIAN EACH TIME (CLINTON). HE HAS ARRIVED WITHIN THE TIME WINDOW AND CALLS WHEN HE ON HIS WAY FROM HIS PREVIOUS APPOINTMENT.

THE PIANO TUNER WAS VERY NICE. IT TOOK HIM ABOUT AND HOUR TO TUNE THE PIANO. HE TOLD US WHEN WE NEEDED TO GET IT TUNED AGAIN, AND ALSO TOLD US TO SHUT THE VENT THAT WAS CLOSE TO THE PIANO BECAUSE A DRAFT WOULD NOT BE GOOD.
