2. The crown molding installed by Patrick Construction are pulling away from the ceiling due to defective installation. It looks horrible.
3. The french drain system was installed incorrectly. Patrick Construction lied to me about the materials used and took steps to conceal the defective installation. Soil that was to be removed from the property was instead spread to many areas of the property.
4. The irrigation system was destroyed by Patrick Construction when the french drain system was installed.
5. The exterior wall stucco is cracking due to defective work completed by Patrick Construction.
6. Tools were stolen from my property by Patrick Construction. After being accused, the tools were replaced with new tools of equal value.
7. The work did not proceed on schedule and was completed six months after the contractually agreed upon date.
8. The safety of the work area was not maintained during construction as promised. Building materials and debris was left in a hazardous condition for my two children.
"I am saddened and somewhat confused by this members review. I have been in business for 30 years and our philosophy is based around customer satisfaction and is our #1 priority. I am proud to have established an extensive list of repeat customers and a 97% satisfaction success over the past 30 years. We have made numerous attempts to satisfy this customer since the completion of the project in May 2015, including but not limited to refinishing the hardwood floors after less than 6 months of installation for damage not related to the material or installation. This format does not allow for a detailed description of the legal contract or work associated to the proposal, nor do I feel it would serve any positive purpose at this point. In my final attempt to resolve the customers concerns, I applied a credit of over $6,000.00 towards the contract balance and past due invoices in November 2015, which eliminated any amount due to my company. I was under the impression this was accepted after not hearing from the owner , until this review, a time period in excess of 120 days. My confusion arises from the fact that the customer opened his completed home for me to show potential customers in 2015, all with positive results. I would like to thank him for doing that and for the opportunity to complete work for him a third time on two separate homes. I believe I have exhausted every effort to reach a satisfactory outcome and resolution. Thank You George P Kearns Owner Patrick Construction"
