flooring contractor
+ -1 moreI had purchased laminate flooring from Costco and had no idea who I would get to do the installation. Mike was recommended to my son-in-law through a friend. Estimates are free and Mike arrived on time - on a Saturday. I showed him the flooring I had purchased and asked if it was a problem installing flooring purchased somewhere else, his response "no problem". I mention this because most flooring companies will not install flooring not purchased from them. Within 3 days they were here to do the installation - they supplied the exact baseboards I wanted. They were efficient, professional and extremely polite. They moved furniture and appliances as they needed and then put it all back as they progressed through the house. They cleaned up as they went and absolutely nothing was left messy or out of place. I had another gentleman come to give me an estimate and if he had done the installation I would have had to buy all the baseboard, all the transitions, remove and haul away the carpet, padding and old flooring, remove all the carpet tacking and clean the floor. For this he was going to charge me between 5.00 and 18.00 a square foot and he was going to get back to me with an estimate - I've never heard from him! Mike is great to do business with, he didn't ask for any money up front (I've had some horrible, horrible experiences in the past with contractors who took my money and disappeared) and he is definitely a man of his word. I can't say enough good things about the two men who were here doing the installation, they are "awesome". Mike came by several times to check on their progress. This has been one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with any contractor. They do hardwood, laminate, vinyl and tile flooring and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you are in this area and you're thinking of any kind of flooring change I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Integrity Flooring and it's not just the quality of their work it's the best price you will EVER, EVER find in this area for such high quality work!
Description of Work: They installed laminate flooring in my kitchen, dining room, living room, entry way and down the hall. They also installed all new baseboard, transitions and toe kick on the kitchen cabinets. They removed carpet and padding from the living room and hallway and the old flooring and hauled it away.
