Imagine Audio Video Security

Were very responsive when they had to make the sale and once the contracts were signed and service installed started getting hard to get in touch with them. Found them as a provider of Alarm.com or else would have never known about them.
There has been a mix bag of issues with the system but overall the alarm.com system works well. One thing that I am not pleased about is that I signed a contract which I thought was for 2 years but was recently told that it was or 3 years.
Also found that you can get a similar service from costco for half price so definitely shop around!

I was looking for a new Alarm system to replace the current one that came with the house. We didn't have the code to disarm the system and it seemed pretty old. I got quotes from 3 companies ( ADT, Comcast and Alarm.com who referred Imagine Audio Video Security to me )
Dave from Imagine Audio Video Security came out to my house, showed me a demo of the system and looked my house over for the best coverage and protection. The system he showed us was state of the art and up to date hardware and he gave us a great demo and answered all of our questions. I was very happy to finally get someone that knew there stuff and went ahead and signed the paperwork.
They came out a week later at my request and I found Kyle at more door ready to install the system. Kyle was very nice and has been installing system for years so I wasn't to worried about my house current setup ( hardwired and wireless). Kyle took his time and whipped right through the house and had everything up and running and did a great install job.
So if your looking for a bay area company to install a new or replace your current system, give them a call :)
Also, I researched alarm systems for weeks so I knew what to expect from the different companies and the system most people go with and has the best rating is 2GIG.
