I am extremely pleased with the representation and services Glenn Huxtable provided in getting my home sold.. I had noticed a house in my neighborhood had gone up for sale and sold in a few short days.  I was intrigued and surprised because I live in an older neighborhood and didn't think our homes had that type of desirability. Glenn's ideas worked!  I received multiple offers within 3 days.  I accepted the best offer, which was over list price, resulting in the highest home sale price in that neighborhood. Escrow was smooth and the sale closed as scheduled.  I am 1000% pleased with Glenn Huxtable's representation on the sale of my home. I have now engaged him to represent me in buying my new home. We first became involved with Glenn in late November, 2018. From the onset Glenn was welcoming, confident and engaged with us on what we were looking for. Glenn took several steps to determine what our needs were in order to focus on appropriate properties without wasting time and effort on properties that would not work. At the end of this process Glenn was very honest with us and informed us what his current assessment of the market was and how it related to our needs/desires. Glenn's presentation to us was factually based and it allowed us to exercise patience with finding the right property. Glenn showed us market analysis for the region we wanted to buy in so we were well armed with facts and we had a much better understanding of what to expect. Part of this process even included teaching us how the property tax schedules worked within the different areas of the city we wanted to buy in, again- a patient presentation that armed us with more information to make an appropriate decision. Once Glenn established what our needs were he tailored his notification system to email us only the properties that fit within our parameters, again this made for a very efficient search process. As properties would pop up we would request site visits. Glenn would always work with us and he always accommodated our odd schedules, which meant he was showing us the properties during "off hours". During the site visits Glenn was very engaged with us and he utilized his trained eye and experience to find problems that were not always readily apparent, as one can imagine this also helped us make valuable decisions for what we needed. Several times during these site visits we would collectively identify an issue that needed to be addressed and Glenn would simply scroll through his phone to find an appropriate person to address the issue at hand. This allowed us to be armed with additional cost factors and we did not have to wonder "who do we get to help us with this"? At a certain point, and after several site visits to other properties, we found the property that may work for us. Glenn worked with us to see past the obvious issues and identify ways to mitigate them. Glenn also used his expertise to identify matters we would not have thought about, but they were vital to the overall project we were about to take on. During the negotiation phase of this transaction Glenn was a true advocate for us. I noticed not only did Glenn have a way of serving us, but he always did so while maintaining a great working relationship with the other involved agent. In the end Glenn wrote up a great contract and he was able to cut to the chase during the negotiations resulting in a quicker than expected process that we felt truly went in our favor. As a testament to Glenn's superior customer service he dedicated a whole day to us after the contract was agreed upon for us to get several contractors in and around the property so we could start our necessary work sooner rather than later. This allowed us to get things lined up so work could be started as soon as we took possession of the property. We also were able to settle in on the bulk of our contractors due to Glenn's healthy list of providers he has established over the years. I also get the impression Glenn's network of providers are not only competent, but also cost conscious, which is vitally important when taking on a project like what we did. We could not be happier with Glenn's service to us. Glenn goes about his business in a very patient, confident and customer service oriented manner with zero ego or self-interest. Dealing with Glenn is like dealing with a friend and he has our whole-hearted endorsement!
