WE LOVE HOW THEY COME BY ON A REGULAR BASIS TO CHECK ON THE SALT SUPPLY. THEY ONLY ADD, AND BILL US FOR AS MUCH AS WEVE USED. THEY ALWAYS DO A VISUAL CHECK ON THE EQUIPMENT, AND LET US KNOW IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. WE NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT OUR SOFTENER.

THE GUYS THAT CAME OUT WERE REALLY NICE. THEY WENT THROUGH THE WHOLE SYSTEM WITH MY HUSBAND AND I VERY THOROUGHLY. THEY ALSO DID A FOLLOW UP CALL TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS RUNNING CORRECT.
