Delta Lending Group is a mortgage banker that has been serving Northern California through its locations in Brentwood and Pleasant Hill Ca since 1999. Our loan originators are seasoned professionals who adhere to our high ethical standard of taking care of our clients and Realtor partners. Our originators have a minimum of 5 years experience with many over 20 years. We are proud of our standing in the community and enjoy living up to the those standards every day.

FHA, VA, We are proud to be a division of Pinnacle Capital Mortgage. We are a mortgage banker that sells direct to Fannie Mae and Ginnie Mae. We offer mortgages for purchase and refinance including Conventional, and USDA. We also offer reverse mortgages and jumbo loan products.

Pros: Mark listens, treats you like a valued client, he will tell you if the financing is in your best interest or if you should wait until a later date. He is upfront, extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. He got us a lower rate than expected, which will save us thousands of dollars over the next several years. He anticipated every issue and walked us smoothly through the process. I was also extremely impressed with Delta Lending's online document management system and its ease of use. Also, the scheduling and turnaround time on the appraisal was impressive. Cons: I did not encounter one problem during the entire refinance process and that is saying something about the integrity of this company.
