Description of Work: They got me the mortgage that I was looking for. | |My experience may be the norm for the industry, but I would have liked to see a little more communication as I had never gone through this process before. I was very nervous at times and would have liked to see additional updates come my way. | |However, they did get me what I was looking for and having gone through the process, I can see myself using them again if the time comes.

 + -1 morePros: Mark listens, treats you like a valued client, he will tell you if the financing is in your best interest or if you should wait until a later date. He is upfront, extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. He got us a lower rate than expected, which will save us thousands of dollars over the next several years. He anticipated every issue and walked us smoothly through the process. I was also extremely impressed with Delta Lending's online document management system and its ease of use. Also, the scheduling and turnaround time on the appraisal was impressive. Cons: I did not encounter one problem during the entire refinance process and that is saying something about the integrity of this company.
Description of Work: We had a very long and unpleasant experience working directly with a loan officer at a large bank and Mark was able to get a loan approved when we were denied by the bank. Delta Lending is a fantastic company and they deserve the very highest recommendation. I was completely blown away by the level of excellent service I received and how quickly our loan was completed. I have finally found a local company I can trust with all of my real estate financing needs. I even referred my parents to Delta Lending because of the excellent service I received from Mark DiMercurio.
