The service was fast and friendly. They kept me informed about who and when to expect the service person. All protocols for covid were followed. Parts were found and installed quicker than expected.

It went very well. Showed up within the window I was given. Defrosted the condenser coils so freezer started freezing again, ordered a new part which came when he said it would. Came back and installed it. Freezer working great new. Price was more than reasonable.

Technician said the bearings were gone, and the washer should be replaced, as the repair of our 8 year old washer would be more than a new unit.

It cost less than I thought it would. I am very happy With the service.

It went very well. The service man arrived in the time window that the company had said, spent a few minutes looking at the dryer and diagnosing the issue. He had the part on hand to fix the dryer and he also cleaned the vents.

Everything went well. Service was prompt and efficient.

Came out the very next day. Worked directly with my tenant and diagnosed the problem immediately. Part was ordered and installed within 72 hours of 1st call and tenant was pleased as punch that the washer was running like new again.

They take care of any repair that we need. My 10 years old oven went out and we were going to have to spend 5 or 6 grand on a new set of oven. He was out of town at a convention where he consulted with another person and managed to find some other parts that would work with our oven, which saved us the money of buying a new oven.

Their punctuality was very good. When your fridge stops working you want to get it fixed as quick as possible.

The dishwasher was several years old. I asked the service guy if it was something I did wrong and he told me it was a top line thing and it seemed to happen. I didn't get an extended warranty. I just called somebody and had him come out and fix it. I called Contra Costa. The guy was out in a couple of hours. He fixed it in half an hour. He had to replace the motor. It wasn't cheap but it was well done and it was done right. It wasn't cheap because it was the motor. It was a couple of hundred dollars at least. He troubleshot it and then determined that it was a bad motor. He told me he had one in his truck. He came back in and put it in and tested it to make sure everything worked right. I don't think it was like a switch that needed to be flipped and he charged me for a motor. The motor really wasn't working. You don't mind paying people to have work done if they do it right. I will call him again if I needed to have something fixed. I always compare it to those extended service warranties. I don't buy those because you end up waiting for 2 weeks for the guy to show up and then he has to call Paris to get the part or something. The guy from Contra Costa came in. It was probably about as much as I would have spent on an extended warranty to repair that part but it was done in an afternoon. It was done in a couple of hours so I thought the price was reasonable. They were there that same day. The guy came in and asked for dish soap and he squirted a big thing of dish soap in the dishwasher to make it bubble up and then asked for olive oil and he shoved in half a bottle of olive oil. You would think he would carry his own, but it worked for him.
