Mr. Blaise was easy to reach and we were able to schedule an appointment quickly. He arrived on-time and spent a fair amount of time examining the structure of our house. He went into the attic and crawl spaces. He was professional and explained to our designer what needed to be done. Price for a quick consultation was reasonable. With the information, the designer was able to make critical decisions about the remodeling design. We will be continuing to work with him during our remodeling process.

Response time was very slow. There were always lots of excuses as to why the work wasn't completed. After we got started on the project, we found that some of the calculations were done incorrectly since there was never a site visit that was made. He was unresponsive to our contractors inquiries also. We eventually just got another engineer that came on site, handled everything, and got our project finished with final permit. Of course, we had to pay extra for the new engineer, for services that we had already paid for to the original engineer.
