I think they are very fast in getting back to me. They explain things pretty well. So far they have been doing a good job. It has been easy for us. They don't use sub-contractors. It is all done by the one company. We interviewed 4 companies and there is only one that doesn't use sub-contractors. That was one of the considerations we used. Communication is less complicated. The price is reasonable. It is not the lowest of all the bids, but I think we are pretty comfortable in terms of the quality of the work and the quality of the customer service. It is reasonable.
