+ -1 moreOUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. OUR APPOINTMENT WAS SET FOR BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8-12 AND RICK FROM AMERICAN APPLIANCE CAME AT 10 AM. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KNEW WHAT TO DO RIGHT AWAY AND HE DID IT IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Description of Work: WE NOTICED THAT OUR REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT MAKING ICE AND WE CALLED WHIRLPOOL WHO REFERRED US TO AMERICAN APPLIANCE AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE SAME WEEK. RICK CAME OUT AND REPLACED A WORN OUT ICE MAKER COMPONENT. IT WORKS NOW.
