The work was just fine. When done, they did a fine job of cleaning up after themselves.

Mike Scott was very professional throughout. He took time to explain in detail the work proposed. The cost for the proposed repair work was reasonable. Some unexpected difficulties turned up after the work was started. Mike persevered, and completed the work the following day. At the end, he gave a very thorough explanation of the work completed. I am very pleased with his work.

This company was the only one that returned my phone call on a Sunday for an emergency repair. I had a small problem with scheduling, but once the problem was brought to their attention, they bent over backward correcting the error. The tech kept me well informed regarding the status of the repair. He took pictures throughout the process so I could see the work. They took care to inspect my entire roof and fix all evident problems in addition to the area of the leak. They even cleared out my rain gutters.

I had an issue with communication. When I requested the company to schedule the repair, I was informed they would schedule it and get back to me by COB on Friday. The first I heard about the scheduled work was when the guys showed up on Monday morning. The roofers replaced the flashing that needed to be replaced and informed me they needed to go get a tile to replace a broken one ( not directly in the affected area) & they would be back in a couple of hours to install it, but didn't make it and neglected to call me to let me know the status. Came back the next morning to replace the tile. Waiting for the rain to be sure it's fixed.

The went above and beyond by identifying and fixing problems that were discovered after work had started that hadn't been identified during the estimation process. I was very impressed with this company. I requested a bid and Mike was able to come to my home at 5:30 that same day. The work was completed by the end of that same week. This company is very professional & easy to work with. I was impressed from the beginning all the way to the end. They offer to do the touch-up painting inside your home after all roof repairs are completed.

It took a little time for them to get the estimate back to me but that was ok it was just a small repair. They performed the work on time and for the price quoted. I was very happy with the quality of work and will definitely use them again.

After getting several bids, I selected Watr-Tyte. Their estimate was reasonable and among the lowest. They didn't try to upsell us into a bigger project than we needed, and they did a fine job for us. They arrived when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the job on schedule. They were very nice to work with, and I especially appreciated their patience carefully explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. They took photos and brought them down for us to see, so we didn't have to climb up on the roof ourselves. It's been raining recently and -- no more leaks! I would definitely recommend Watr-Tyte.

Mike and team came to repair a leak around a skylight and some general maintenance on our 14 year old cement tile roof. They came when they said, worked hard and were respectful of us and our property; cleaned up well. Mike located numerous replacement tiles, which have been hard to find. I would hire them again for sure. We are now water tight.

They contacted me in 30 mins. after my initial call. They came out to repaired minor roof work within 4 hours after placing the call from service magic.

I was impressed that Mike came to give an estimate on the Labor Day Holiday. It took a day or two to get the actual estimate in writing, but once agreed upon, his office called to set up a date to begin the work. The first day the crew worked all day long, but in the days to follow, they came after 5 pm in the evening. Luckily the light was still good to work under. He did have to come back to replace a broken tile which was missed on the first go 'round. I approved additional work on a segment of the roof which was obviously wearing away after three decades. We recently had a light rain, and so far the repairs have held up. Mike promised to send a final report which will include pictures taken of all repair work. After a month, still have not received it.

I am still waiting for a report from Mike. I thought the product was foam, but found out it was something else. Would like more info on the product also waiting for a whole roof estimate. It must have worked well no more leaks which I am thankful for. Mike was very polite and got the work done very fast.

Was very nice and in my price range decided to go with him right away. After the work we had a big rain storm rool continued to leak. I called he promised to come back first thing in the morning and he did. Did the work and so far we are happy. I am still glad I had him do the work.
