"I'm sorry that you feel the reason your concrete cracked was my fault when I did everything we agreed to on the contract. What I said was that if I tried to patch the cracks that it would look worse because it would stand out because of the color. The other issue was that the cracks are normal hairline cracks and are not wide enough for anything to get through. I had already received a phone call from CSLB (California State Licensing Board) and I explain the situation and the lady from the board told me that this case is simply the fact that concrete does crack and can't be prevented and also she said that it should be common knowledge."
