They were very professional, friendly, prompt, with integrity and excellent follow up service.  They are extremely knowledgeable of their craft.  Gave wonderful suggestions and inputs during the planning stage of the project.  
With a  new home we had many contractors coming and going for different projects.  They were heads and shoulders above all that we came in contact with.  An example of their integrity:
While preparing to lay concrete for a pathway, they discovered that when the home builder placed a large drainage pipe several feet down that the Bob Cat they used to compact the soil above   caused too much pressure and actually caused the pipe to collapse.  Instead of just performing their work above and collecting their pay.  They brought the problem to our attention and waited for the home builder representative to come, so they could show what they found.

This is an honest contractor. His men work for him full time, he does not hire from the local day labor force at the local hardware store. His men are professional and talented, their aim is for a good job and they know what they are doing. I worked construction for 42 yrs, mostly running work. I can evaluate workers, and their boss and this company can be trusted. Although I had a good idea of what I wanted I relied heavily on their experience in the field, and their suggestions were invaluable. Their resident plant expert, Norma, with over a decade of experience at nursery positions, provided expert guidance in selecting plants and trees, even providing pictures of the trees at maturity from her computer archives. She not only came to our home to consult with us on plants, but also came out to instruct the men on exactly how she wanted them planted! I also caught the owner in my yard with a shovel in his hands when the guys were a man short, now that's the way to lead. Am I satisfied with the price and the work? Completely.

My neighbor recommended them. I would give them a B overall because of the misunderstanding. I had my eyes set on something but it wasn't the way I thought. I would possibly use them in the future.

They're prompt and consistent. Each week they consistently do everything they told us they'd do. We're extremely pleased with the landscaping in the backyard. We get compliments all the time.

The owner worked closely with us - especially with my wife's choices of plants and tree in front yard. He has a landscape designer who was extremely helpful letting us know what plants and trees will do well in Oakley. His employees were prompt every day and cleaned up before leaving the site each day. They completed the job on time and within our agreed upon budget.
