We are extremely satisfied with the fine quality work done meticulously with great design sense. They did not rush and did most of the work themselves charging a fair price. Super nice guys and very trustworthy! They have 30+ years experience and learned their trade from their father who also did tile for a living. They were highly recommended to us by a sales person at DalTile in Anaheim. They saved us time and effort by recommending certain tile for each location based on our likes and dislikes, style of architecture, colors, etc. Before tiling the kitchen backsplash, Rich recommended replacing the old fluorescent tube lighting under the cabinets with new LED strips. We are so glad we did! Rich went with us to Ganahl Lumber to help us pick out the hardwood baseboards and when there was some extra baseboard left over he went back to Ganahl with us to return it for a refund. We are so glad he urged us to spend more for hardwood instead of the softer MDF type since the maids bump into them a lot when they vacuum. The old ceramic tile flooring in our entryway was much more difficult to take out than they thought but they did not ask for more money. Some day we will use them to redo our bathrooms. They take time to float showers which a lot of other tile contrators don't. They have many contacts in other areas of the construction industry who they can refer if need be (ie. stone contractors, drywallers, plumbers, painters).
