My home was built in 1959. So, you can expect the worst case because of the age of the pipes. I needed my gas shut off valve in my brick fireplace replaced. They were on time quoted a very fair price. Courteous, friendly explained everything to me before starting the work. I sent in a photo of what I needed done and the office gave me a max cost over the phone. Above all they had the proper equipment to do the job efficiently and quickly. About an hour. I can't tell you How pleased I was with the office and plumbers who came out and completed the job. I did take out the portion of brick and cement around the valve to be replaced.

I found water leaking from a slab level point at the side of my home. I called several plumbing companies to give me repair estimates. Each had the same elaborate plan to drill through the slab and my tile floor to find and repair the leaking pipe. Estimates exceeded $10,000. When So Cal Plumbing arrived, it was like a breath of fresh air. They recommended capping off the pipe embedded in the slab and going thru the wall to connect to the manifold. I went with their solution. No more leaks, no broken slab or tiles to replace. Several small holes to replace in the wall. Wall access makes so much more sense to me than pipes embedded in the cement slab. Cost: less than $3,000. Johnny took the lead and explained everything as the team went throuh their steps. Paul was great with copper and Pex. Fernando and Eddy assisted every step along the way. P.S. My home was left swept and clean.

This was my first experience with SoCal Plumbing. Shandy was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was going to do before beginning as well as during the process when an additional issue was discovered. He respected my concerns about what needed to be done and what could wait. I felt he was honest in his answers and would not take advantage. Work was done in a timely manner and the finished product was great! I plan to call them again for other services and would recommend them to friends.

It went very well. I have been quoted between three to five thousand for the same thing. He was able to do it $1475.00. He was great. He was very direct and to the point but also understanding. He gave me options that fit my budget. They were very clean and professional. His crew were very hard workers. I highly recommend SoCal Plumbing & Rooter Inc. I have been burned before, but this is the first time I feel like this is the guy and I have never felt that way before. I'll never use anyone else.
